This appears to be a case of anxiety. The first thing I will tell you is that it is best for you to take a break from masturbation. If you view pornography or anything similar I think that it is best for you to not do so temporarily. The anxiety build up caused by viewing sexual activity is accumulative and can manifest itself in many different ways; sexual dysfunction being one of them. Premature Ejaculation is a psychological condition that is developed over time. Believe it or not, you can overcome that condition simply by allowing yourself ti me to purge such psychologi cal impressions.

The effects of impotence can be psychological as well. The body performs a cleansing function which provides you with 6 - 10 erections during sleep. They is a normal body function whose purpose is to oxygenate the penile erectile tissue and prevent atrophy. If you are experiencing 6 - 10 erections during sleep, then your case of impotence is psychological.

To test the rigidity of your erections during sleep you can use a strip of four to six postage stamps (from a roll). You will need to wear brief-type undershorts that have a fly.

The strip of stamps should be wrapped snugly around the shaft of the penis (example). The overlaped stamps should be moistened to seal the ring. When the stamp has dried, the penis is carefully replaced inside of shorts. You must wear your shorts to sleep to help protect the stamps from falling off.

How to go about exercising your PC muscles? Try clenching and releasing your PC muscle in ten-second periods. Perform three sets of this. Take a breather. Now, try the clench-and-release technique for five seconds. Perform ten sets of this. This time, try tightening the muscle for 30 seconds and relaxing for 30 seconds. Perform three sets of this.

This exercise is rather simple and easy to perform. You can do it by yourself -- just about anytime and anywhere. You don’t need any device or contraption to exercise your PC muscle. But, like all exercise regimens, you need to commit to a routine devotedly. Famous porn stars, with explosive cumshots, are even rumored to perform these exercises faithfully.
